PORTABLE DRILLING, BORING, MILING MACHINE

• The machine is specially designed and built to meet requirements of heavy engineering fabrication shops.
• Many times it is too expensive or just not possible to move and load the jobs to the floor type’s borers or similar machines due to heaviness size and configuration of the job. Even if we move the job to any one machine it is usually not possible to carryout all the required different machining operations on the job.
• Sarva-3-7a portable Insitu machine we have developed to move the machine near the job and suitably positioned, aligned and clamped.
• With 7-Axis movement, it is possible to carryout several different kinds of operations like drilling, milling, and facing etc. in the same setup.
• The basic machine configuration is that of a horizontal column moving type milling / boring machine with ram type milling head.
• 3-basic axis movements which includes, X-axis (Horizontal column) movement on base, Y-axis (Up - Down) ram movement on the column and Z- axis in and out movement of the ram with spindle.
• Besides this machines also provided with rotary movement on column of the base, traveling movement of the ram on the Y-axis carriage.
• The ram is fitted with universal milling head which is provided with 2-axis of rotations.
• The combination of these 7-axis movements helps in machining most of the requirements for complicated jobs.
• We can build the machine of different sizes to suit the customer requirements.
